Hands-on Maintenance: Divide, Plant, & Conquer Garden Cleanup
Saturday, November 14, 2015 10:00am

Contact www.cnps- scv.org

Come join us for a Saturday morning session to learn how to maintain a small native garden at the CNPS office located behind the Peninsula Conservation Corp building. Now is a great time to clean up your garden before all the new growth starts. We will be giving away the extra California fescues, installing some new plants, and dividing some of the iris. Bring your gardening gloves, pruners, water, hat, boots, and a container to take home your some new plants.

Sherri Osaka, owner of Sustainable Landscape Designs, is a volunteer of the California Native Plant Society, and speaks on a range of sustainable techniques, including gray water irrigation, guilt-free lawns, permeable paving, and native plants.

Location Peninsula Conservation Center, 3291 E. Bayshore Road, Palo Alto
