Scores of species of California native plants well-suited for our gardens and wildlife will be on sale at the CNPS SCV Nursery at Hidden Villa from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Oct. 19. If you need assistance with your plant selections, experts from Gardening With Natives will be available to provide advice. Native plant books, posters, t-shirts and note cards will also be available. Grassroots Ecology and Coyote Brush Studios are a couple of the vendors who will be there. There will be a free talk, "Success with Native Plants for Beginners" and a planting demo.
This sale is organized by the Santa Clara Valley chapter of the California Native Plant Society (CNPS). Come early for the best selection. Cash, check, or credit cards are accepted. Bring boxes to carry purchases home. Free parking. No pets.
